Verb merupakan bentuk sederhana dari kata kerja. Dalam bentuk positif, ketika subjek adalah sebuah kata ganti orang ketiga (Talita, she, he) dan it maka suffix –s/-es ditambahkan ke verb. Pada negative dan interrogative, kata does digunakan untuk bentuk kata ganti orang ketiga dan do digunakan untuk yang lainnya.
